Irritable bowel syndrome
On septmbr 2016 last yr, i had burning sensation over left side of stomach amd bloating. And stomach sound lik water bag .... ...den i took antacid ... bt had burning sensation over shoulder and below neck.. and sleepless night due to vitamin d deficiency and anxiety...doc.prescribed me rexipra for anxiety and i got rid of my burning sensation and sleep disorder..and also gave me ppi but i had bloating in my tummy still.. Blood reprt ultrasound was all normal ..stool culprotection was done and dr.found it IBS..and prescribed  normaxin Rt fr 3 months i was doing well bt i felt lethargy.. and i discontinue aftr taking fr 1 month.. n also stop d anxiety tab.. as i dont wanna get in dependent.. Later i m on ayurvedic med.. n my anxiety is been reducing sleep is good nly think i have sometime skin burning sensation over stomach;hands ;shoulder;feets.. and sometime der is cramping..and i have loose 6-7kg of my weight. I go fr Motion once in d morning and it is a bit loose but no diarrhoea.

In my opinion you should try a combination of Acupuncture and Yoga therapy which helps quite well I  such GI related disorders. Especially, IBS has lots of contributions due to stress and lifestyle which can be effectively corrected through the combination of Acupuncture and Yoga therapy. Do approach a qualified and registered practitioner these therapies as there are lots of unqualified practitioners in this system of medicine.
