Madam/sir could you explain the uses and problems created by using the tablets lovogen_z and mefenamic acid

Livogen z is iron tablet .In some person it causes gastric upset means diarrhoea and vomiting and in some constipation.So take this tablet after food.Mefenamic acid also causes gastritis.
