Irregularities in Monthly Periods
Hi,hope you are keeping well.I didn't get my period since last 2 months.The last cycle start date was 9th April,2017. I had PCOS and I did usg on 4th June and there are small cyst present in both ovaries measuring up to 6mm.The ovary size is bigger than normal size. The right ovarian volume is 13.5cc and left ovarian volume is 11cc. I had hypothyroidism and I was on medication since last 1.5yr and I did thyroid test last month and now it's normal.however I am taking thyronorm medicines alternate day. In 2016, Jan the right ovarian volume was 7.9cc and left ovarian volume was 8.9cc. I was under medication for 6months and was getting period regularly. I was taking ChrominacA. In 2014,right ovary size was 3.1*2.2 cm and left ovary size was 3.3*2.3 cm. kindly let me know if I need to perform any other test. I am worried much. Currently, I am at Dublin, Ireland on business trip since January and I will be here till Nov,2017. Kindly advise on next step.your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello firstly take thyronorm daily not alternately. Then for pcod start metformin tab 1000mg once a day for 6months.then tab Meprate 10mg three times a day for 5days then after last tab period will come. Then start tab  Krimson 35once  day for 28days and like wise for 6months. Exercise daily. Eat green vegetables and fruits and exercise for one hr daily. If you want to contact me again Pl welcome.
