Irregular periods, pcos,
I am a married woman and 26 years old I have irregular periods and I have PCOS , I was under medication for one year but no use. I used OVRAL L tablet for one year and stopped those tablets now as some doctor suggested not to use them anymore. Now we are planning for pregnancy suggest me what I can do ?
One more issue is as I used OVRAL L tablet for one year my underarms turned black. Please suggest some cure for both my problems..

Start tab folgel plus or folvite MB one daily.
If your periods are regular keep intercourse from 10th - 20th day of the periods every alternate day.
Don't worry about the skin darkening. It will settle in a couple of months on its own.
