Irregular periods and increasing weight
Hi. My am suffering from irregular menses for 2 years and my weight has been increasing for last one and a half year alarmingly.

You are most probably suffering from PCOD. change your lifestyle, do half an hour cardio exercise daily in which your heart beat and respiration rate should increase. Cut down on your carbs and fatty foods like rice, sweets, deep fried food and junk foods and increase your protein content. Drink 3 to 4 litres of water daily Meet a gynaecologist for the evaluation and treatment
