It may be Delayed due to stress, anemia, or any deficiency.
1.Eat Pomegranates , Papaya, Til Laddu (2), carrot ,beetroot tender coconut water
2.Drink decoction prepared of zeera dry ginger sauf
Yoga, regular walking or any Exercises helps in regularizing mensus. Ayurveda medicines like Rajapravarthini vati ,Aloevera juice, dashmoolarista, ashokarista are given for getting mensus
Why are you so worried? It may be delayed. Due to stress. If you have done any thing unprotected do visit nearest gynecologist. Don't try any home made remedies.
It is suggested to take pineapple juice, or rajapravartini vati 2 tab 2times with warm water.
It should be taken under medical observation only.
It's really not to worry...but you can take one fourth teaspoonful dry fried cumin seeds..jeera with 1 cup warm water two times a day...
