Free testosterone ends up being converted to dihydrotestosterone which is why anabolics have this effect. The manner in which it occurs is based on your genetics and body's need for testosterone. The increased amount of free testosterone leads to the conversion of dihydro increasing the rate of development of secondary characteristics such as facial/body hair.hypertricosis ( growing of hairs on ear pinna) is hereditary nothing can be done for that. Check your testosterone and DHT level once .
