Iron deficiency
Hello i have thyroid and use 125 mg thyronorm. I have done a complete health check up since i was feeling giddy from 2-3 weeks and having muscle cramps regularly. In the test results: hemoglobin -10.6 iron <15 transferrin saturation 3.52 T3 - 88 T4 - 8.5 TSH - 1.29 vitamin D - 18.2

Your values suggest that you may be having iron deficiency anaemia. A course of iron supplementation will help. Vit D3, being on the lower side, if supplemented will also help.
