  4. Ipv vs opv. Ipv mandatory, pls advice.

Hi Doctor, Ipv vaccinations are not in stock.. My baby s 9 months now.. It was not available during her vaccination schedule as well. Opv was given during her 4,10n 14 weeks of vaccination. Is ipv mandatory, pls advice.

Definitely.... It should be given 2 doses in 8 week interval and the one booster at one and a half year of age (it will give nearly 100%Protection).... OPV is not that much effective.....
