Internal piles
I have symptom of internal piles. After a bowel I can feel something is hanging out. But there was no discomfort but for last few days I have a itching and paining sensation down my anus area. Kindly suggest what should I do... I have desk job.

Hello Piles mostly is a lifestyle disorder. Try having more fibrous diet by adding fruits and vegetables  in your diet. Also increase your water intake to 3-4 litres a day. Desk job and sedentary habbit also adds on to this problem so try doing any form of exercise daily for atleast 30-45 mins. Hi..... Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day..... Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. With these treatments, hemorrhoid symptoms often go away within a week. See your doctor if you don't get relief in a week, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding. Consult surgeon....
