Firstly there is a lot of fatigue post covid infection which some papers have suggested can last a month. The hands and palms feeling warm I’m not sure what it suggests but they are various manifestations of post covid recovery this could be one of them. Get a video consultation with a physician. You have already been admitted twice tested and treated. Would suggest complete rest and fluids give yourself time to recover.
