Intermittent giddiness and shaky feeling
I am a 25 year old female working Architect. I was diagnosed with Vertigo few months back and took allopathic treatment for the same. My condition improved after taking the medicines but after that I have started experiencing giddiness on an on-and-off basis daily and have a shaky feeling inside my body specially in the mornings. I wake up feeling very shaky from inside. This makes me anxious everyday as I don't know what exactly is happening to me. Is it some kind of vitamin or mineral deficiency? Or is it possible that vertigo has not cured completely? My family has a history of Parkinson disease but I do not think it will affect me this early in life. Kindly give your opinion as to what treatment will be effective in this case.

Vertigo could b due to many reasons,Either functional(Due to tension/Stress,Lack of proper sleep,No proper intake of Nutritious food/Fasting/Skipping meals etc),or pathological (due to any defects or dusfunctioning of Nervous system,Hypo or Hypertension etc.). Incase of Vitamin deficiency u better to take B complex with Zinc for some time&Get test for Hb levels also,So accordingly either supplements wise or in the form of food wise,u can Substitute that deficiency. Incase of as above said functional causes u found,U can take care inthatway by changing lifestyle/Food intake accordingly to get releif. Still,u r getting,Better to rule out the cause by Spcfc tests. *But in Homeo,U can get suitable medicines,as the selection of remedy depends on The symptoms all together. But u need to consult once to let us know complete details.
