  3. Intense pain in knees. To rectify this?

Intense pain in knees
Pain starts on changing the posture of body. MRI Lumbosacral Spine said : Schmorl's node is seen in inferior end plate of L4 vertebrae. Mild fatty infiltration is seen of bilateral posterior spinal muscles. It's paining a lot around my waist and radiates till knees. What treatment should I opt for to rectify this ?
