Intense hair fall, each combing get huge amount of hair, irritation in head, change many hair oil and shampoo but doesn't effect

Get your hemoglobin, vit d3,b12 and tsh levels checked. Also shampoos and oil will not help with your Hairfall. Consult a Dermatologist for the same. There are many effective therapies for Hairfall but will have to ascertain the reason for your Hairfall first
