  3. Intense Back Pain. Please help asap.

Intense Back Pain
I am having intense back pain and some abdominal pain as well. I am not able to turn around due to that. The pain is in the lower back portion. Not able to understand whether it's a muscle issue or gastro issue. Please help asap.

Hello. Intense back pain along with lower abdominal pain may be due to kidney or ureter stones. Take tablet DROTIN-A to reduce pain. Do a urgent USG  of Whole Abdomen and Urine routine examination. Hope this helps.

Take plenty of water orally. It will help.
