Medication that too at this age is not recommended for permanent cure, it will do more harm than benefit. Simple lifestyle changes would help you fall asleep easily. In order to find out where you are going wrong, please get in touch with a good counselor. I am an online counselor who can help you at the comfort of your home. Do check my Facebook page and my website. Happy to help !

Please do not get dependent on drugs. Medications for a temporary phase is fine but it should not become a habit. You also need to practise sleep hygiene accompanied with change in lifestyle. Often we end up thinking a lot about various matters when we try to sleep or unknowingly get engaged into some habits which further reactivate our brain preventing us to fall asleep. If properly guided by a therapist who would help you to understand the dos and don'ts of sleep, you are likely to benefit and that too without medications.
Next Steps
Psychotherapy,  sleep hygiene therapy and relaxation techniques would be benefitial for you.
