I am a female of Age 54 Female, I am suffering from insomnia last 7-8years almost daily taking Ezeepam Plus 10mg for sleep is der any medicine that can cure my problem since after stopping medicine again sleeplessness starts please help me? I am a diabetic

Before treating I want to know 1. Reason of insomnai(reason that is causing)...not simply treating it 2.how many children you have? 3 what does your husband do? 4.are you in any kind of stress?
