Inner palm injury
I broke my fall with the help of right hand and hurt in inner palm as a result I cannot do push-ups. how long would it take to heal by itself ? what precautions do I need to take ? do I need to see a Doctor ?

You have to consult your orthopaedic doctor to ruleout whether it is a fracture or any ligament injury. Right now just stop all painfull activities.
