Injury in palm not healed
I met with minor accident 6 month back and my palm got scratched in that. Upper skin was healed within 10-15 days but inner muscles seems to still ruptured. If I touch the injury part, I feel like a kind of hard skin or a kind of cyst. It looks all together on palm and it does have swelling and increasing during day time. It still has pain. Pain is enormous if it gets struck/hit. I am very unsure which doctor to visit : orthopaedic/ accident, general physian or skin specialist. Will I need a surgery for this or medicine will be enough?

I think there is some collection beneath that wound. Looks like an abscess or a retained foreign body. Please consult a nearby surgeon, needs wound exploration.
