  4. Infection on tongue. A severe problem!

Red dots on tip of tongue, white coating with red bumps on throat... as well as foreskin is too tight to open with smegma generation every day..is it an oral thrush... what kind of doctor will treat it... its almost more than a month... is it a severe problem

hello there symptoms are suggestive of apthous ulcers.....foreskin not able to retract due to adhesions or phimosis kindly contact physician and surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
