Infection inside cheek in mouth(ulcer)

I have infection in my cheeks inside. it like ulcer with white and red . they are from very long time more than 6 month . i have already tried many remedy like hot salt water ,applied some gel but, there is no effect. now it is paining and it is increasing slowly. please guide me whom to consult for this and what are the remedy i can try.

Any normal ulcer should heal within 7 to 10 days without major complications..... such a long duration points towards a serious etiology..... the best person for this would be an oral pathologist who will require a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis..... the right treatment can be instituted only after the right diagnosis..... using Oral gels will not give you relief.....

hello, you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal ulcers. if they still persist you need to consult a physician and get Vitamin B levels checked. if required take supplements for it.
