Hello there. I can understand your concern but I haven't been able to understand some of your complains like vibration in rectum etc. Pain in testicles need to be evaluated and treated as soon as possible because it's a serious thing and can lead to impotency also. The causes can be like hernia, varicocele, epididymitis, orchitis etc. Consult a general Surgeon for further detailed examination and treatment of your case. Don't ignore it now that you know it should be treated soon. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.

Hi...., I went through your query.... You needs detailed evaluation to know the underlying cause.... Pain in  testicle and groin can be caused due to a number of reasons...some of the causes include trauma, ...varicocele, epididymal cyst, hydrocele, epididymitis, renal calculi, orchitis,...rest and avoid strain...avoid lifting any heavy objects, ...wear tight fitting inner wears for few days.... Take some pain relievers....Consult urologist for further evaluation and treatment....
