Indigestion
My daughter is 13. For the last 12days whatever she eats she passes motion. Even light food like khichdi and curd rice are not digestible. Initially she was on econorn. When no relief was there she is on anti biotics which are cefix and tinidazole. But still no relief. Kindly advise

Most diarrhoeas are self limiting. You main aim should be to make sure that your daughter 1. Isn't dehydrated and taking plenty of fluids 2. Is able to eat without vomiting. Avoid milk and milk products for a few days. If diarrhoea doesn't improve or things worsen, please consult a paediatrician. If there is no blood in stool, the need for antibiotics is debatable.
