I had sipcy non veg food last night and I'm feeling heavyness in my stomach and anything I eat or drink I feel its still near the chest and is not going down and feel like vomiting... any remedies or tips to reduce this..

Well it seems like you have indigestion..
I suggest you to take water well and may be you can try drinking butter milk...do not eat anything heavy...jus try to take fluids.. Am sure there is nothing... If it doesn't subside consult a physician
Sure its indigestion with hyperacidity. Drinking plenty of warm water and Carminatives like mint or soaf will help relieve gas. Yoga postures like sitting vajrasana, viparit vajrasana, marjarasana, lying pavanmuktasana and standing tadasana will help.
