Indigestion &Stomach pain

Here is the situation; My wife is in her 1st termister of pregancy and currently sufferin from lot of indegestion. She has a feeling that food taken is not goin to stomach but getting stuck near liver, resulting into vomitting everytime. This also gives pain in lower side of tummy.
Any clear advice pls.

Hey, during pregnancy gastric secretion decreases which delays gastric emptying so pregnant lady experience indigestion and fullness of stomach , take soft food items in smalll quantity in frequent interval. Vomiting is common during first pregnancy because harmone hcg , it subsides later on . If vomiting is persistent with increasing severity consult doctor.
