Increasing weight
Hi, I am of 24.. Height is 5'3 and my weight is 63. The problem is with the upper part of my body...my feet's and thighs seems to be nice...but waist and my back ...area of stomach...is full from fat. I am flexible..and I just want to reduce the upper body weight..also I am a goody person.

Hello, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. Do aerobics daily ,eat green leafy vegetables , beans, carrot ,daily .Consult dietician in nearest hospital .....
