Increased heart rate are salbutamol
Hi, my 4.5. Yr old 12.7kg daughter has breathing difficulty and was given beholding nebulization at 10pm. He heart rate increased and we were asked to give her ambrodil s syrup are giving some food, in about half an hour when her hr would be back to normal. But her heart rate seems still really high, just as it was before. Is it still advisable to give her the syrup now?

No. If any side effects are there for any medications stop it immediately and contact your pediatrician for correct dosage or alternative. You may have to change it.
