It mainly depends upon patient preference and medical condition. If patient has disease like Diabetes, hypertension, heart problem etc. then it is better to avoid surgical procedure. If patient's medical condition good and you can afford the implant treatment, then go with it as it has better efficiency than dentures.

Dear Practo User, Implant supported full mouth rehabilitation has many advantages over the other option you are having, that is denture. First of all it enhances the confidence of the patient. While having a denture sometimes can be a bit troublesome. Better chewing efficiency. Durability. Something which your father will be having for lifetime. Only thing which I can say not in favour of implants is the cost compared to denture and that I feel is not a disadvantage. As far as the cost is concerned, cost of denture can be around 15-30 thousand and that of implant supported crowns and bridges can be assessed only after examination. Regards Arham Dental Care Delhi
Next Steps
Kindly visit an implantologist.

Hello, Full mouth rehabilitation with Implants and ceramic teeth can range from 4L-6L. This is a good option as he can use these fixed teeth just as the natural teeth. The other option is Removable dentures. Here again there are various varieties that can range from 25k-50k.These are not as comfortable as the Implant supported ones. There is a learning curve. You can opt for either.
