Hi keto diet might be helpful but this not may be 100 percent a perfect diet.its a artificial diet beside this you have to done power yoga and a perfect diet shedule has to be include in your diet.

No I donot Appreciate this idea of Keto diets. Always think of multiple physical activities that can make u more fit. Never think of foods for weight loss. Keto or any other protein supplement donot support balance Nutrition.
