Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists

Thanks for the query You seem to be suffering from functional dyspepsia. Firstly I would advise you to not throw up forcibly as it is harmful for the oesophagus (food pipe). The acid content of the vomitus may cause inflammation of your oesophagus which would be detrimental.
Next Steps
I would advise you to regularise your food habits and avoid refined carbohydrates and saturated fats in diet. Try and take small meals at frequent intervals instead of large meals. You can try out a course of various medicines after consulting your physician.
Health Tips
Please visit your physician for further advise and investigations.
