Hi I'm 25yr old n my weight is 78 how do I reduce my weight I look 30yr because of my weight I don't eat so much of food I skip my meals every day

hello der don skip your meals instead of that go for jogg morning and evening. ...cut down carbohydrate and fats use polyunsaturated fatty acids oils like sunflower and safflower oil have more fruits instead of skipping ur meal....contact a dietician for a proper diet chart.
