90 BPM is normal heart rate..  You should not have palpitations at this HR.  BUT IF ECG shows ectopic , then you may have. ECG not attached..  Palpitation can also be due to anxiety, transient AF (irregular HR). 24 HOUR HOLTER monitoring IS RECOMMENDED. Don't self medicate.. Meet cardiologist..
