Icl for very high myopia
Helow doc i have a very serious eye condition.. my RE is - 4Dsph and LE is - 20Dsph. i visited two doctors for icl in LE.. one of them decided to perform ICL and the second doc decided to wait for another 1 year to check whether power is stable or not he also told he can max correct up to - 18Dsph using icl(which is the max lens power available) and the rest(-2Dsph) will be given in glasses after surgery.. now what should i do now?? i am so much confused and afraid?? what if after one year the left eye kept increasing and crossed -20Dsph then would i be able to undergo icl anymore?? can icl correct over - 20Dsph.. plizz help doc all this things are killing me..

ICL can be done ..however , chances of Cataract formation and Glaucoma remain....another option is doing Clear lens extraction...Whatever , you do, it's important that you have your Retina checked
