Ibugesic plus dose
My daughter is having feaver and ear pain and doctor prescribed ibugesic 6.5 ml but we realised we have ibugesic plus. Can we give same dose. She is complaining about pain. paracetamol 7.5 dose is no helping . Weight around 24 kg 7 year. Help will be appreciated.

Start ,,, Syp Ibugesic plus 12ml 8 hourly x 3days, syp Clampkid forte 6 ml twice perday x 7 days, Otrinoz nose drop 2drops B/L 8 hourly x 3 days, Tminic drop 2.5 ml 8hourly x 3 days
Your child should be alright in 2 days otherwise arrange call back

Just give syrp. Ibugesic plus 11ml sos if fever
That's all
If fever and ear pain associated with
Cough and running nose
Then give cough step. And nasal drop thats it
Before giving antibiotics consult ur nearest good pediateician
