Plus is a combination of paracetamol and brufen, use ONLY if temperature is 102 or above, otherwise plain paracetamol like calpol is safer. If mild, avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. Ensure a healthy balanced diet and plenty of fluids, including hot soup. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed, consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
