IBS/IGS Medicine Prescription suggestio
Hi, I am a 26 year old male. Recently I had visited a gastrologist for issues related to indigestion, where even after going to  washroom, the stomach did not feel clean and this issue has been on & off since a year and a half. Also, had issues regarding acidity with regular burping and a little breathing issue at times, happening majorly post sunset. He termed the same has IBS/IGS & prescribed the following medicines for 20 days. 1) CAP Veloz M 2) Tab Xymex MPS 3) Tablet Nexito 5MG 4) Tab Lopamide - Only under SOS incase of Lose Motions. However, I was concerned about Nexito if it's actually required as I read it's an antidepressant and the side effects for the same. Would require guidance if the same would be good to go before I start taking these medicines. Thank you in advance.
