Night shifts disturb the body clock, so difficulty sleeping at home is common. But with proper routine correction and suitable homeopathic support, your sleep can improve. Try maintaining a fixed wind-down routine and avoid screens before sleep. You can consult me online with your full history so I can guide you with the right treatment.

Hey I think after night shift work when you comes home and is unable to sleep, the most common reason is that the brain is still in active/daytime mode even though the body is really tired. There are small group of homeopathic remedies which will help you.. But I can give you some advices that you can use dark curtains,no tea and coffee after night duty,no phones before 30 mins. But for proper constitutional remedy I need to know your thermal, mental fatiguen condition.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your concern. I understand how frustrating and exhausting poor sleep can be — especially when you work in a hospital with night shifts. Many people who work in rotating or night shifts face exactly these issues, so you are not alone, and this can be effectively helped with proper homeopathic treatment. Why Your Sleep Is Disturbed Irregular sleep patterns due to night shifts can disturb: Your circadian rhythm (internal body clock) Melatonin production Stress and hormonal balance This leads to: Difficulty falling asleep Light, disturbed sleep Waking up unrefreshed Fatigue, poor concentration, irritability How Homeopathy Helps Homeopathy does not give habit-forming sleeping pills. Instead, it works gently on: Your mind–body balance Nervous system relaxation Correcting sleep cycle Reducing stress, anxiety, and restlessness With the right remedy, your sleep can become: Deeper, Continuous, Refreshing, even with shift duties. Some Commonly Indicated Remedies (Selection Depends on Case) (Not a prescription—just for your understanding) Your correct remedy will be chosen only after understanding your physical & emotional pattern. I Can Help You With a Proper Sleep Plan In homeopathy, we treat the root cause, not just symptoms. If you are in Bangalore, or even online, I can help you with: Understanding your sleep cycle Selecting the right personalised remedy Lifestyle & shift-work adjustments Improving the quality & depth of sleep naturally You are welcome to consult me personally for a detailed evaluation. This problem doesn't need a medical solution. Had it been the case that you are suffering from insomnia we could have helped you. But you are not suffering from insomnia. It's the lack of a quiet place to sleep. I sympathize with you but won't be able to help you. Unless you wanted to say that you are suffering from insomnia.
