Don’t stop medication… gradually you can reduce the dose if you have symptoms of hypoglycaemia that means low sugar. If you add good nutrition and exercise daily soon you will be off medication but always consult a doctor before you stop meds
Next Steps

Its better if u dont stop the medicine. Once u ate diabetic u cannot reverse it . Moreover , we should not try to reverse it. Instead you can talk to ur doctor regarding titration of dose or either changing the meds..

hello ma'am, it is good that ur sugar levels are well controlled with ur oral diabetic drugs, but abruptly stopping OHA not recommended, if u feel dizzy, sweating, palpitations, these are the sign of low sugar levels, we can titrate means adjust dose of tablets, need to assess ur daily routine, diet, exercise and diabetic drugs then we will decide

Don’t stop , dose required to be titrated, if you are diagnosed with diabetes don’t stop medication. Maintain lifestyle changes. For neuropathy you need to take medicine.

Not advised to stop medicine suddenly Detail Assessment for Diabetes Reversal should be done, to know that whether reversal/ remission is possible in your case or not, if you have neuropathy then reversal seems to be very difficult.
Next Steps
Decrease anti diabetic medicine gradually with low calorie -low fat diet and intensive life style intervention and keep monitoring blood sugar 1-2 times in a week ( FBS
