I want to quit smoking.
I've been smoking sinc almst 8 yrs nw & from past 2 yrrs I've becm heavy smoker. I smoke at least 10-15 cigarts in a day, as of nw I'm dont any serious problem but I also have psoriasis and I recently cme to know that smoking can psoriasis.
