I want to lose weight
Iam now 105 kg, want to lose 25 kgs. I was very lean before wedding, after marriage, put on weight, have high bp on medication.

Hi.. Losing the weight is definitely possible. To help you in this case, would need to understand your lifestyle (diet & exercise routine) in detail. Since your weight is on the higher side a continuous monitoring diet program will be more helpful. Doing any crash / random diets may achieve weight loss but maintenance of the lost weight is important since that can also sometime cause BP fluctuations.
Next Steps
Start with meeting a dietician, If the intake of junk food is high or you are skipping meals and if exercise isn't in place then start with streamlining that.

For high bp you can take garlic in the morning and for weight loss you start taking warm water. Also have light dinner with less roti and more of veggies. Take 3litre water during the day.
