My height is 5.4 n mai weight is 68 wen I follow any deit(military deit or other one week deit) I suddenly loose 1 or 2kgs but later it wil gain back in a week I always feel hunger n I get satisfied after having heavy meal so plz help me to loose weight and I cant control my hunger and I dont like to go on deits :(
