I want to gain weight.

I am 27 years old and only weighs 45 kg. I want to increase my muscle mass and weight. please give me solution and if possible the plan to proceed. thank u.

Hi.. You can eat calorie rich foods like nuts, cheese,lean mean like chicken, egg whites etc.Eat 5 meals a day n hv plenty of liquids like soups,juices without sugar.Exercise atleast 1 hr in day.Sleep atleast 8hrs.If you need a detailed diet chart you can consult me privately.
