You can eat calorie rich foods like nuts, cheese,lean mean like chicken, egg whites etc.Eat 5 meals a day n hv plenty of liquids like soups,juices without sugar.Exercise atleast 1 hr in day.Sleep atleast 8hrs.If you need a detailed diet chart you can consult me privately.
