Hello doctor, here iam gonna say tha i want to decrease my height to inches. please suggest me to reduce my height Iam PRANAV MY AGE is 16 MY HEIGHT IS 5 feet 10 inches please help mee iam feeling sad that iam too height in my family please help me doctor...... please i want decrease 3 inches say me what to do i hop you'll definetely help me THANK

Dear Pranav, First of all you have a good height (not too tall, not short). Height cannot be decreased by medications. What you need is some counseling as body image issues are common at your age. Go and visit a psychologist/psychiatrist
