I wana reduce weight .
I am 33 years old my weight is 60kg most of my weight is on my bumps thighs n arms. I wana reduce them asap. Please just me something good for me to reduce it as soon as possible. I.like junk food a lot n that's the reason me putting weight. Please help for it
