I suddenly have red spot on my face!
My skin is oily acne prone but recently I don't have acne problem because I am using a cream(0.025% tretinoin, 2% hydroquinone, 0.1% Fluocinolone Acetonide). But I have this little red dots wich are hard to touch and are not acne marks or any kind of acne I ever had. I want to know what are they and why? Also How to treat them? Are they allergic rxn to the anti fungal drug (it also includes anti allergic drug) or because of the cream or shaving technique?? I also take 600mg omega 3 supplement.

No...Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. So, please send more photos by direct private online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

This cream you are using is not used for acne. Please stop it immediately. Please do not self treat. Please take proper consultation before you start treating acne or any other problem
