Hi, safe period will best get explained by your Gynaecologist. I pill is emergency contraceptive and not fit to be taken regularly, in fact can be dangerous if used repeatedly without advice. There are many regular safe contraceptive methods available for a couple in stable relationship. I advise you to consult with your Gynaecologist
