I need to go for braces
The cost of metal brace is 18k and ceramic is 28k. I want to know is their any transparent like brace less than 23k

transparant like braces are called clear aligners . to be very clear and precise it is impossible to have them below 23k .

First we need to look into what type of malocclusion(dental esthetic problem)...you have....what is your expectation on the correction required???....then we need to look into the options of which braces will be able to get the best results for that problem and then comes the financial counterparts for each type.....don't look into the financial aspect first....first look at analysing the malocclusion.....

take records...photographs,study models,xrsys(opg,lateral cephalogram,hand wrist xray if he,/she is a growing child)....orelse hand wrist xray not required....

Clear braces is a great option. Various brands are available, Clear Path, Invisalign, K-line. But this is all premium treatment. Clear braces is not possible below 1 lakh if doing both upper and lower.
Would advice to go for regular braces if money is a constraint, metal braces work just as fine. Having said that, clear braces are a little more comfortable and far more aesthetic.
Stay away from any local clear braces brands.

The best treatment for the teeth alignment is clear aligners, ClearPath is one of the best companies, but it wont come in that price range,it would cost somewhere around 80k,next best option is ceramic braces,the price ranges around 30k,I suggest you not to go for cheaper brackets as it wont give you good results
