Hi I understand your concern. Start following the suggestions provided to you by other fellow professionals here, are helpful. I shall add to one point that along with all these have a fulfilled heavy dinner with a complex carbs, proteins n veggies. Like roti or rice with a non veg, or dal or paneer. This will help also help you to gain weight.

Hi there, hope you are doing great. as per your provided information your weight should be 65 kgs so you are 12 kgs under weight. include calorie dense foods like nuts,cream,cheese,avocado, coconut milk,peanut butter,potaoes,dates. Eat small frequent meals. Gain weight in healthy way,avoid junk and fried food to gain weight. Keep yourself well hydrated. include one-two serving of vegetables, 1 serving of fruit have good source of proteins like soyabean,paneer,greek yoghurt,dals,pulses. If you are non-veg then add chicken,fish & whole eggs (2 a day).

Hi there! I understand your concern. Consume 6 small but nutritious meals in a day. For the in between meals have nuts, variety of dried fruits, milk, home made fruit smoothies and milkshakes, also you can have healthy winter ladoos and gajar ka halwa. Add cow's ghee to your dishes (2 tsp a day), include more of milk products like curds, cheese, paneer. Also eggs are great if you are a non vegetarian.

Weight training exercises along with a protein rich diet will surely help you gain.
