Ultrasound report:
Transmural thickening of Ileal loops with thickening of CAECUM with inflammation of surronding Omentum ILEO CAECAL MASS
suggested CECT Abdomen (oral + IV Contrast) with goood o pacification of bowel loops
Doctor prescribes me some medicine and tell me come back after 5 days. I am not convince with him, all he did was told me eat soft diet food.

Hi as per CT scan report , there is a ileo-caecal mass. This mass / thickening may be due to tuberculosis or may be due to a cancer, some times a non specific inflammation may also appears like same picture.
It's better to go ahead with colonoscopy and biopsy from the site of interest.
