hello there.
height is determined by your genetic makeup.
whatever growth occurred has already occurred. there are little or no chances of height growth at your age now.
you may be lured by products advertised on the TV or other media claiming that that can increase your height. don't believe such methods, they are a scam.
consult your physician for more information.
